Orders & Packing:
Once an order is placed, we are processing it most of the time - such as packing and doing the postage and passing to our courier partners. Please ensure you have the right address as it is almost impossible for us to control the couriers once orders are sent out due to the many orders they handle...etc. It is the buyer responsibilities to give the right information.
Dispatchment & delivery:
We will ship your items in 3-5 business days or after you place the order. International delivery typically takes 4-5 weeks, while it can take up to 8 weeks as the package goes through or being held in customs. We also work hard to provide free or affordable standard shipping for most products with basic freight. International customer is responsible for any applicable custom fees, as we can't predict what and which fee, if any, will be applied. Custom fee is not part of the shipping postage, the fee is not applied until the package reaches the destined country.
